THE BUFFET RESTAURANT - In Kimbell Art Museum’s The Buffet Restaurant, guests can enjoy Shelby Schafer’s homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, quiche and desserts. The Café serves brunch and lunch daily and dinner on the first Friday of each month in conjunction with the Modern’s live music events. Chef Peterson’s menu uses the best in fresh seasonal foods. To ensure healthy foods, the Café’s beef comes from vegetarian fed animals and eggs are from cage-free chickens. The Artichoke Hummus, Wild Roasted Salmon Salad, Vegetable Panino, as well as the Chef’s Daily Omelet, and Daily Fish selections are just a few of the tempting dishes on the spring menu.
